Quiz Night raises over $8,000 for our Little Heroes
Little Heroes Foundation would like to thank the 160+ guests who attended our annual Quiz Night last Friday night, August 16th at Woodville Town Hall. Thanks to your generosity, we raised over $8,000 for ongoing projects and programs, all supporting seriously ill children and their families right here in SA.
The team at Quizzame took the reins for the evening, hosting 4 rounds of trivia for our guests to enjoy. Quizzame specialise in technology-based trivia, with each team allocated a buzzer for the evening.
Throughout the night, guests were treated to some delicious pastries all donated by the amazing team at Vili’s!
Congratulations as well to all of our prize winners throughout the night. Our major auction featured some great prizes kindly donated by Bounce Inc, Adelaide United, State Technics, and National Wine Centre. Our reverse bingo and raffle prizes were also a big hit with guests, proudly supported by Schniellas, Davroe, National Pharmacies, Cocoon Spa, Vili’s, OTR, Tree Climb Adelaide, The Cupcake Lady, Xcell Skin & Beauty, Everett Brookes, Hot Yoga Life and more!
From all of us here at Little Heroes Foundation, thank you to the team at Woodville Town Hall for having us, and to everyone involved for making the night such a success. Our events team is excited to host another Quiz Night in 2020 to support our upcoming Adventure Tour to Kokoda. We hope to see you there!
We would also like to make a special mention of our amazing volunteers, who are integral to the success of our fundraising events. At our Quiz Night, they helped sell raffle tickets, Wine Wall bottles and kept the drinks flowing from the bar! Thank you to Samantha, Mel, Russell, Jan, Alan, Nadia, Enzo, Tricia, Darren, Mish, Sandra, Ali, and to the many guests who helped pack up their tables at the end of the night! Your support makes what we do so much easier.
