The Little Heroes Foundation was founded in South Australia in 1996 by Chris McDermott and Tony McGuiness as the McGuiness-McDermott Foundation, later becoming the Little Heroes Foundation in 2012. Throughout that time the Foundation has raised over $40million to support seriously ill children in South Australia through funding vital research, providing equipment and resources to hospitals and care centres and supporting various projects and initiatives.
