Little Heroes farewells long-time ambassador Nathan van Berlo

Little Heroes Foundation would like to wish long-time brand ambassador Nathan van Berlo the very best on his exciting new footballing adventure with the West Coast Eagles.

Originally drafted by the Adelaide Football Club in 2004, Nathan played 205 games for the Crows, before transitioning into a coaching role this year.

Nathan has been a supporter and ambassador of the Foundation for a number of years, attending many of our events, visiting our Little Heroes at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, to pulling on the boots again in our Finesse Built Slowdown last month.

Little Heroes Foundation’s Founding Chairman Chris McDermott thanked Nathan for his outstanding work with Little Heroes Foundation, and wishes him and his young family all the best in WA.

“Nathan has been an outstanding ambassador for our organisation. Being a captain of a football club takes guts, courage and determination to get the absolute best out of yourself, and Nathan embodies that to a tee.

“While we are sad to see him go, we thank him for all he has done for our Little Heroes.”
