Triple M Adelaide’ Hike for Hope

Triple M Adelaide’s Hike for Hope was an incredible day dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Childhood Dementia! 🧡

On November 23rd, the Hike for Hope fundraiser organized by Triple M surpassed expectations, raising over $115,000. This remarkable achievement was made possible by the overwhelming support of businesses and individuals individuals who came together to collectively raise awareness and funds for Childhood Dementia.

The amazing day began with delicious coffee and breakfast from the Rival Brothers Coffee Roasters before the team walked around 11kms onto the next stop, notwithstanding the sudden outpour of rain. Café De Vili’s Mile End then greeted the crew with the yummiest donuts, energizing them for the journey ahead.

The hike continued, stopping at Solitaire Volkswagen Hawthorn, generously donating $20,000 to the cause. Beaumont Tiles Edwardstown followed suit, contributing another $20,000. A delightful lunch served by the team rejuvenated everyone for the next stop – Magain Real Estate in Glenelg – which then helped beat the fundraising target with a $25,000 donation.

Having walking over 30 km at this point, the team marched another kilometer to Jetty Bar Glenelg, celebrating the day’s success with free drinks and cheers!

Little Heroes Foundation extends heartfelt thanks to everyone who offered their support. The funds raised will significantly boost Childhood Dementia awareness, aid ongoing research at Flinders University, and support our Big Dreams for Little Heroes program.

Thank you for helping us make a difference in the lives of children and their families dealing with Childhood Dementia. 🧡
