Little Heroes Foundation turns 21!

Little Heroes Foundation is celebrating 21 years today, and what a ride it has been. When I look back on the last 21 years, I do so with pride, knowing that we have made a positive difference to the lives of seriously ill children and their families.

From Day 1, our focus has been to do what we can so that these kids, regardless of their condition, can be kids. Our aim over the years has been to minimise their time in hospital and help get them back on their feet, which has been reflected in the projects we have funded at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital. Through purchasing new equipment, redeveloping old spaces, and improving the diagnosis and treatment facilities, we are working tirelessly towards achieving this aim.

We have come a long way in 21 years and to see the impact we are having on the lives of so many is what I consider to be our greatest achievement. However, our work is not over, and we continue to learn and think of new ways that we can help so that families get the support they need.
