Building Dreams Update: Pool Preparation Almost Complete

A lot has been happening on site for our exciting Building Dreams project in conjunction with Matt and the team at Finesse Built. Some of you who have been following updates on our social media pages would know that site preparation has concluded and work on the foundations and structure is well underway!

Thanks to the tireless efforts of the team and various contributors, the foundation was prepared for plumbing and pest control, the concrete was poured and now the structural steel works have begun. This is an exciting time, as we will all see the home start to take shape over the next few weeks!

Preparation for the Pool begins!

Digging also recently began for the luxurious pool, which has been donated by DayDream Pools! We’ve even got a little sneak peek at the beginnings of our brickwork for the external walls of the home!

Big thanks to those who have contributed so far!

We have been incredibly lucky to have many businesses jump on board to support this fundraising project. A heartfelt thank you to all who have worked so hard over the past few weeks to get us to where we are now. So far, the following businesses have fulfilled (or are currently fulfilling) their donated contribution to this project:

Remembering where the money goes

All donations and contributions to this project will ensure the continued work of our Little Heroes Care Program. This is the service component of Little Heroes Foundation, that supplements the equipment we have funded at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital with support services that help families directly. Whether it is offering financial aid while they support their child in hospital, paying for an in-home nurse for specialised treatments, or even just providing free car parking at the hospital – Little Heroes Care is all about putting the family first and ensuring they have access to the very best care, regardless of how rare their diagnosis is.

Our Sponsors

A big thank you, as always, to our amazing team of donors and contributors. Without you all, this project would not be possible.
