Adelaide Tradie MATE returns this weekend!
The Tradie Machinery, Automotive & Tools (MATE) Expo is returning to the Adelaide Showgrounds and for the third year in a row, has nominated Little Heroes Foundation as the benefiting charity!
Better known as Tradie MATE, this Expo will showcase the latest innovation in equipment, tools, automotive vehicles & accessories, for tradies, contractors and savvy DIY’ers.
In 2018, the Expo will be held across 3 BIG areas including the Jubilee & Goyder Pavilions and Duncan Gallery at Adelaide Showground over 3 days this weekend from the 4th to 6th of May. THis Expo is perfectly timed for attendees and exhibitors to benefit from tax deductions and sensational bargains associated with the End of Financial Year.
Everything from screwdrivers to earthmoving equipment, commercial vehicles to tradie trailers PLUS associated services from telecommunications to accounting and business development will be exhibited.
Adelaide Tradie MATE is open to the General Public with entry by a ‘High-$5 for Little Heroes’ ticket! Part proceeds raised through this event will support our Little Heroes Care program, and ongoing costs at the Centre for Robotics and Innovation at Adelaide’s Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
Adelaide Tradie MATE has raised over $35,000 for Little Heroes Foundation in the past two years, and we are so excited to be involved with the very generous team at Tradie MATE again in 2018. We look forward to raising even more money to make a difference to the lives of seriously ill children and their families!
The Great MATE Auction
A new addition to this year’s Adelaide Tradie MATE is the introduction of the Great MATE Auction! Thanks to the incredible generosity of their exhibitors, the Expo will be offering a host of items to be auctioned on the 5th and 6th May. There will be loads of Power Tools and Hand Tools, a Tradie canopy, and even a truck to be auctioned!
There are no Buyers Premiums and all items will include GST unless stated by the auctioneer. Items auctioned will be either New or a near new Demonstrator.
The aim of the auction is to give attendees some great bargains and at the same time add to the fundraising activities of the Expo. Simply call into the Expo and view the items before an Auction Day. If you see something you would like to bid on, simply make a note of the item number and wait for it to be auctioned. Full descriptions of large items will be found on our website as they are registered for auction by the seller.
To become a bidder just register your details at the Great MATE Auction in the Goyder Pavilion and pay a small $5 auction registration fee. This will allow you to bid and enter the Expo as many times as you like. All bidders should be aware of the Great MATE Auction T&C’s
