How can I help?
The support of the community is imperative to the success of the Little Heroes Foundation. There are so many ways in which you can support us:
1. Money
We are always thrilled to received donations of money. We will receipt your donation and any amount greater than $2.00 is tax deductible.
2. Auction Items
We are always looking for big and small items to auction off at events that we are the beneficiary of. We are grateful for anything you can offer from a bottle of wine or a voucher to a television or bike.
3. Services
If you are a business and wanting to get involved with Little Heroes Foundation, please contact our office for further information.
4. Time
We are always pleased to have people ask us for the opportunity to get involved with the foundation form a personal perspective. We are currently recruiting volunteers to help with a variety of events.

How can I volunteer?
We are currently recruiting for volunteers to help in a varierty of areas including in our office and at certain events. To find out more information, please click here or contact Sarah at the Little Heroes Foundation office on (08) 8161 6025.
If I volunteer, will I get the opportunity to work with kids?
There is very little need for volunteers to assist us with activities that involve our children. There are however, numerous ways you can help us brighten the lives of our special children through fundraising, donations, services and time.
Is Chris McDermott paid?
No Chris does not receive a salary from LHF, his work is voluntary.
Where is my money going?
The funds raised by LHF are directed into a variety of projects. For more information on our current projects, please click here.
Does LHF receive any form or government funding?
No, the LHFis in no way funded by government, local, state or federal. There are many occasions where we join with the government in providing funds to the WCHN for capital works on the hospital. We are more often than not equal contributors or the government will provide the bulk of the funds, and LHF will pledge the shortfall required to get the project over the line.
How can I fundraise for LHF?
There are lots of ways you can fundraise for LHF– let your imagination go wild! We provide the opportunity to travel overseas and visit some amazing destinations whilst fundraising for LHF. Other ideas include Art exhibitions, fashion parades, sausage sizzles, golf days, casual days at work or school, trading tables, market stalls, amateur cricket match, a Girls Nights Out...
