Little Heroes Foundation is excited to be joining forces with the EJ Whitten Foundation to bring the EJ Whitten Legends Game to Adelaide Oval on Friday 31st August!
With the game now just a few short weeks away, the full playing squads have officially been announced!
There are some familiar Slowdown faces returning, including Tony Modra, Andrew McLeod, Matthew Primus, Andrew Jarman, and Daniel Motlop! There are also a few new faces making their charity footy match debuts, including Dean Brogan, and Travis Cloke!
Leading the teams are coaches Malcolm Blight (All Stars) and Terry Wallace (Vic), along with captains Chad Cornes and Brad Johnson!
To give you an idea of the talent on show, the two squads combined have over 15,250 games experience, received over 60 All Australian selections, won 50 AFL premierships and won three Brownlow Medals!

More than just a game…
The EJ Whitten Legends match is more than just celebrating legends of the game. It’s about raising awareness and funds for men’s health as well as supporting the ongoing work Little Heroes Foundation is doing in the South Australian community.
2018 will also be the first time since 1999 the All Stars will be considered the ‘home’ side so we want to see as many SA footy fans down at Adelaide Oval to show support for not only some legends of the game, but also the two important causes - the EJ Whitten Foundation and Little Heroes Foundation!
